Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a senior analytics leader to own the end-to-end analytics agenda for market access, trade & channel, and IDN/institutional segments supporting the MASH portfolio.

You will partner with Market Access, Trade & Channel, and Key Account Management to translate business questions into a prioritized analytics roadmap and lead analytics capabilities using claims, formulary, and other data assets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end analytics agenda across market access (payer/formulary), trade/channel, and IDN/institutional customer segments for the MASH portfolio.
• Partner with Market Access, Trade & Channel, and Key Account Management to translate business questions into a prioritized analytics roadmap.
• Build analytics capabilities to understand payer access, perform trade-off analyses, and drive pull-through using data assets (e.g., SP data, claims, formulary).
• Lead distribution and specialty pharmacy analytics: inventory visibility, dispense and time-to-therapy metrics, service-level tracking, partner scorecards; support specialty pharmacy and distributor QBRs.
• Develop IDN and institutional account analytics for account segmentation, targeting, and pull-through in GPO, IDN, and limited-distribution settings.
• Co-lead advanced analytics & AI capabilities with Commercial Advanced Analytics and IT AI.
• Support data quality and governance for third-party data sources (claims, specialty pharmacy, distributor 852/867, 3PL).
• Partner on payer contracting, pricing strategy, and channel strategy; communicate insights/recommendations to senior Commercial and cross-functional leadership.
• Manage internal and vendor analysts (set goals, manage performance, coach).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/business/related field; MBA or MS preferred.
• 12+ years in pharma/biotech commercial analytics, including leading market access, trade, or channel analytics.
• Experience building/leading/developing analytics teams.
• Hands‑on with pharma data: claims, specialty pharmacy, distributor 852/867, syndicated data (e.g., PurpleLabs, IQVIA, Symphony).
• Working knowledge of gross‑to‑net, contract, and rebate analytics (e.g., IntegriChain, MMIT).

Preferred

• Specialty/rare disease brand experience (launch/early commercialization).
• Market access advanced analytics (e.g., provider control, payer share shift).
• IDN/GPO/institutional or limited-distribution account analytics.
• Snowflake/Databricks; Power BI/Tableau.
• AI-enabled/agentic analytics exposure.
