Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Waltham, MA seeks a senior analytics leader to own the end-to-end analytics across market access, trade/channel, and IDN/institutional segments for the MASH portfolio. You will partner with business leaders to translate questions into a prioritized analytics roadmap, build capability for payer access, and lead advanced analytics initiatives with IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in quantitative/business; MBA/MS preferred.
• 12+ years pharma/biotech commercial analytics.
• Experience leading market access, trade, or channel analytics.
• Hands-on with claims, specialty pharmacy, distributor data.
• Knowledge of gross-to-net, contracts, rebates analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end analytics agenda across market access (payer/formulary), trade/channel, and IDN/institutional segments for the MASH portfolio.
• Partner to translate business questions into a prioritized analytics roadmap.
• Build analytics capability for payer access, trade-off analyses, and pull-through using data assets.
• Lead distribution and specialty pharmacy analytics and support QBRs.
• Develop IDN/institutional analytics for segmentation and pull-through in GPO/IDN settings.
• Co-lead advanced analytics & AI capabilities with Commercial Advanced Analytics and IT AI.
• Establish data quality/governance for third-party sources (claims, specialty pharmacy, distributor data).
• Partner in payer contracting, pricing, and channel strategy; communicate insights to senior leadership.
• Manage internal FTEs and vendors; set goals, performance manage, and coach.
