CSL Behring seeks a Senior Director, Market Access Analytics to establish and lead the US Payer Analytics capability within US Insights & Analytics. You will transform payer data into actionable insights, influencing strategy and patient access across the portfolio.
Reporting to the Executive Director, US Insights & Analytics, you will build scalable analytics, KPI frameworks, and reimbursement analytics while aligning with strategic market access initiatives and cross-functional partners.
The Senior Director, Market Access Analytics as a part of US Insights & Analytics team, will establish and lead CSL Behring's US Payer Analytics capability, building the strategic and analytical foundation required to optimize patient access across the portfolio.This leader, working closely with Strategic Market Access, Payer Channel Marketing and Market Access Accounts functions, will transform complex payer, claims, and market access data into actionable business insights that influence strategy, improve patient access, and maximize commercial performance. The role requires deep expertise in commercial and government coverage, specialty pharmacy and specialty distributor ecosystems, integrated delivery networks, and the evolving integrated payer landscape within rare and specialty diseases.This individual will serve as the analytical thought partner to cross-functional partners as well as Senior Leadership.

Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MBA, MS) preferred
Experience: 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty pharmacy, payer, or healthcare analyticsExperience within rare disease, specialty biologics, or specialty pharmaceuticalsDemonstrated success building new analytics capabilities and teamsDeep understanding of the US payer landscape, including:Commercial health plansNational and regional PBMs ,IDNs, GPOs, SPs, HCOsStrong understanding of reimbursement pathways across both medical and pharmacy benefitsExperience with market access data (e.g., MMIT, Fingertip Formulary, IQVIA, Komodo, claims databases) and payer policy analyticsProven ability to influence senior executives through data-driven storytelling and strategic recommendationsExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilitiesStrong Change and Leadership skills
