Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in Market Access Analytics or related pharma analytics leadership roles.
• Experience leading analytics teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Expertise with payer contracting, GTN, and access analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Market Access Analytics for Trade, IDN, and National Accounts.
• Develop analytics strategies for contracting, reimbursement, pricing, and access.
• Influence the broader data and analytics strategy across Commercial Operations and Market Access.
• Navigate stakeholder environments and lead discussions with internal and external partners.
• Analyze payer, channel, and customer data to identify trends affecting access.
• Drive forecasting, performance measurement, and scenario planning for access initiatives.
• Oversee dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics capabilities for decision‑making.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Market Research, Forecasting, Data Strategy, and field leadership.
