CustomerInsights.AI is seeking a Senior Manager, Market Access Analytics Delivery in New Jersey to lead end-to-end analytics solutions for payer, pricing, and access decisions in pharmaceutical and life sciences projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, scientific, engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience in life sciences consulting, commercial or market access analytics; consulting/vendor environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing analytics project delivery with timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical secondary data sources (e.g., IQVIA, MMIT, Symphony, claims, Rx, patient, provider, and formulary data).
• Working understanding of U.S. payer and access landscape, including payers, PBMs, plans, formulary status, reimbursement, and contracting dynamics.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with at least one analytics / data manipulation environment (e.g., SQL, Python, or workflow tools) plus BI/dashboard tools.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering multiple concurrent engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including ability to storyboard and translate complex analytics into executive-ready messages.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Engagement and Communication: develop analytics roadmaps aligned with commercial, market access, and business objectives; design client-ready storyboards linking analytics to business narratives and actions; manage stakeholder expectations and governance.
• Project Delivery and Operations: own end-to-end execution, scoping, detailed work planning, task assignment, escalation; translate designs into concrete delivery plans with milestones and backlogs; monitor progress and coordinate onshore/offshore teams; maintain delivery documents for transparency and repeatability.
• Data, Analytics Execution, and Validation: prepare analytics-ready data with standardized cleaning and mapping; develop analytic methodologies, segmentations, dashboards, and models; implement multi-step validation and QC; drive continuous improvement; manage resource planning across projects.
• Business Development and Practice Building: identify opportunities through client engagement; support proposal development; contribute to account growth and scalable offerings; foster collaborative, high-performance culture.
