Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) seeks a Senior Director of Operations & Manufacturing to lead manufacturing and supply-chain engagements for private-equity-owned businesses across the U.S. You will drive operational and financial improvements through footprint optimization, make-vs-buy strategies, and due diligence.

With 15+ years across manufacturing operations and commercial skills, you will guide teams, communicate with leadership, and ensure executable, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience with a successful blend of manufacturing operation and commercial skills.
• Effective communication with leadership teams in high-pressure situations.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement opportunities.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and stakeholders.
• Integrity and commitment to values; willing to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and supply-chain engagements delivering operational and financial improvements for PE-owned businesses.
• Implement factory footprint optimization, make-vs-buy strategies, due diligence, and other turnaround initiatives.
• Drive growth by delivering high-quality client engagements and collaborating with global teams.
