Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Senior Director of Operations & Manufacturing to lead manufacturing and supply-chain engagements for private-equity-owned businesses across the U.S. The role focuses on improving EBITDA through factory footprint optimization, make-vs-buy strategies, and due diligence.

You will drive client engagements, leveraging the PEPI team and other service lines while traveling up to 80% to meet client needs and deliver measurable performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and supply-chain engagements delivering operational and financial improvements for PE-owned businesses, including footprint optimization and make-vs-buy strategies.
• Drive growth by delivering high-quality client engagements and leveraging senior relationships across the PEPI team and other service lines.
• Advise private-equity firms to ensure portfolio companies have credible performance-improvement programs and executable financial results.
