With 15+ years in manufacturing operations and a strong PE network, you will guide strategic initiatives, drive cost reductions, and deliver tangible EBITDA improvements while traveling up to 80% of the time.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of blended manufacturing operational and commercial experience, ideally with Private Equity networks.
• Effective communicator with leadership teams (Private Equity and portfolio companies) in high-pressure settings.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate cost reduction and revenue opportunities.
• Experience leading teams, managing multiple stakeholders, delivering executable solutions.
• Driven by values and integrity, capable of building confidence and leading by example.
• Regular travel is required (up to 80%).

Responsibilities

• Lead multifaceted manufacturing and supply chain engagements to identify and implement operational and financial improvements for PE-owned businesses.
• Drive business growth by delivering client engagements and collaborating across service lines.
• Advise private equity firms to ensure credible performance improvement programs and capability to deliver financial results.
