The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of advisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• 15+ years advisory experience with manufacturing operations and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication skills with leadership teams under pressure.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement opportunities.
• Proven leadership of teams and multiple stakeholders; able to deliver executable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and supply-chain engagements delivering operational and financial improvements for PE-owned businesses.
• Drive growth by delivering high-quality client engagements and collaborating with global PEPI team.
• Advise private-equity firms to ensure portfolio companies have credible performance-improvement programs and achievable financial results.
