Qualifications

15+ years of experience blending manufacturing operations and commercial skills.
Proven leadership in managing teams and engaging leadership.
Strong analytical abilities to evaluate cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement opportunities.
Ability to deliver executable solutions across multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel regularly, up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing and supply-chain engagements delivering operational and financial improvements for PE-owned businesses.
Implement factory footprint optimization, make-vs-buy strategies, due diligence, and other turn-around initiatives.
Drive growth by leveraging senior relationships and collaborating with the global PEPI team to meet client needs.
