Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) invites a Senior Director to lead manufacturing and supply-chain engagements for private-equity-owned businesses across the U.S. You will optimize factory footprints, make-vs-buy decisions, and drive EBITDA improvement with the PEPI team.

The role requires 15+ years of advisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 80%. The salary range is $175,000–$250,000 with a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of advisory experience with manufacturing operations and commercial skills.
• Strong communication with leadership teams in high-pressure situations.
• Analytical ability to evaluate cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement opportunities.
