Job summary

AEP Service Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex transmission projects in New Albany, OH. You will own end-to-end project execution, drive safety programs, and coordinate with executive leadership on strategy and contracting.

The role demands a PMP, a minimum of 10 years in high-value construction/project management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and navigate regulatory interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 10 years of qualified experience in major construction projects and project management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee overall project execution to complete assigned projects.
• Implement and oversee project safety programs to achieve zero harm.
• Report strategy and needs to Transmission Executive leadership with solutions.
• Establish project contracting strategies and negotiate EPC and engineering agreements.
• Lead governance with JV partners and drive integrated schedules.
