Job summary

OMNY Health is seeking a Senior Director, Life Sciences Commercial to drive revenue growth across global pharma, biotech, and medical device accounts, delivering world-class customer experiences.

You will develop territory and account strategies, engage with C-suite stakeholders, manage end-to-end sales, and collaborate with product and marketing to articulate OMNY's data-driven value.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of proven results selling or delivering complex solutions leveraging healthcare data, insights and analytics to life sciences companies.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data ecosystem and value drivers in recurring revenue models.
• Experience with medical claims, prescription claims, EHR data and related analytic applications.
• Established relationships with life sciences C-suite and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory and account-level growth strategy to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in life sciences and medical device markets.
• Identify and engage prospective clients, presenting tailored healthcare real-world data (RWD) insights and analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive post-sale account expansion.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale expansion.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing to ensure alignment and value delivery.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM documentation.
