Healio Strategic Solutions in West Deptford, NJ seeks a Senior Director to lead business development and market strategy for life sciences and medical device clients, shaping promotional and disease-state programs across media.

The role requires a strong track record in medical communications, strategic selling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Travel to conventions and meetings is expected. Competitive base salary plus commissions and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical communications and promotional medical education.
• Experience across diverse therapeutic areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsabilités

• Sell strategic solutions to pharmaceutical and medical device companies with emphasis on promotional and disease state activities across media formats.
• Prospect for new business through competitive analysis, phone, email and in-person meetings.
• Maintain and grow existing business through market research, strong sales skills, and timely follow-up.
• Develop strategies, solutions and concepts for disease state awareness, pre-launch, and launch programs.
• Travel to conventions as needed to meet with clients.
• Work closely with clients on strategic planning, messaging, and program execution.
• Agency experience in planning and buying of interactive media is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and ability to deliver on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams (program management, account management).
