Job summary

Chase’s Connected Commerce Lending Innovation team is seeking an Executive Director to lead product strategy for Alternative Lending, shaping vision and delivering new customer experiences at scale.

You will own multi-year roadmaps for installment lending (Chase Pay in 4 and related products), drive cross-functional collaboration across technology, operations, design, analytics, and risk, and set OKRs that measure impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or product development experience in lending or financial services.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience defining and managing OKRs/KPIs and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year strategy, roadmap and execution for installment lending, incl. future alternative lending products.
• Manage prioritization, high level requirements, quarterly and yearly planning with cross-domain stakeholders.
• Own the core lending platform roadmap across customer journeys and optimize for multiple use cases.
• Collaborate across technology, operations, design, analytics to deliver scalable lending solutions.
• Foster a culture of ownership, data-driven decision making, and business impact.
