Chase’s Connected Commerce Lending Innovation team is seeking an Executive Director of General Management for Alternative Lending in New York. You will own end-to-end product strategy and P&L for Chase Pay in 4 and other consumer lending products.

Lead a high-performing team, drive in-market adoption, optimize pricing and revenue, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Finance, Risk, Legal, and Marketing to deliver growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy or general management focused on consumer lending.
• Proven record launching new businesses or products and optimizing in-market products.
• Strong analytical skills in credit risk, financial modeling, and P&L.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of US banking regulatory requirements and controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Drive strategic development, launch, and optimization of consumer lending products.
• Own P&L for all products with Finance and Risk partnership.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with accountability.
• Manage operations for existing products focusing on loss rates and excellence.
• Accelerate new product development, rapid go-to-market, pricing, revenue.
• Ensure compliance with laws and robust controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards for product performance.
• Serve as SME on the US BNPL market and competitive insights.
