Chase is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Associate to lead the servicing product lifecycle for small business lending servicing, spanning self-service, banker-assisted servicing, and operations enablement.

You will partner with Design and Engineering to modernize technology stacks, define journeys, and deliver secure, reliable experiences at scale. Join a collaborative team focused on measurable customer impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience or equivalent in product management, ownership, or a related domain
• Strong customer-first mindset with measurable outcomes and prioritized roadmaps
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Design to deliver modern digital experiences
• Ability to define clear requirements and workflows and align teams on acceptance criteria
• Experience driving platform modernization, legacy migration, and reliability improvements

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy and vision for small business lending servicing delivering value to customers, bankers, and the firm
• Own platform outcomes across core servicing domains ensuring stability, scalability, and usability
• Partner with Technology on modernization including APIs, orchestration, and cloud readiness
• Collaborate with Design to deliver a cohesive UX across channels through discovery and testing
• Define end-to-end digital and banker-assisted servicing journeys
• Enable operations servicing capabilities including case management and controls
• Translate needs into measurable KPIs and write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Manage backlog alignment with roadmap and reliability expectations
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery, UAT, release readiness, and post-launch metrics
