Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Sr. Director, Learn Business Leader to drive Amplity Learn as a client-facing, revenue-generating unit within our life sciences platform.

This leader will translate priorities into execution plans, deliver revenue growth and margin expansion, and build the organizational capability to scale a differentiated learning solutions business. The role requires deep expertise in medical affairs training, digital learning, and AI-enabled delivery, with strong client-facing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in learning solutions, medical affairs training, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience owning revenue, margin, budgets, forecasting, and business planning.
• Strong understanding of pharma, biotech, medical affairs, commercial life sciences environments.
• Proven track record delivering client-facing learning, coaching, and capability-building solutions.
• Fluency in digital learning ecosystems, AI-enabled tools, and LMS, analytics, and content authoring.
• Experience partnering with sales/business development for proposals and account expansion.
• Ability to balance oversight with hands-on execution in a growing business.
• Leadership presence, client-facing communication, financial acumen, and stakeholder influence.
• Experience leading distributed teams and managing contractors.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Learn business plan execution with revenue targets and margins.
• Translate priorities into clear execution plans with milestones and resources.
• Grow revenue by expanding client relationships and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance and leadership on forecasting, budgets, and staffing.
• Use data and market insights to adjust priorities and improve delivery.
• Qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and position Amplity Learn as a differentiated partner.
• Lead client-facing strategy sessions and account expansion discussions.
• Develop compelling value propositions and sales enablement tools.
• Integrate Learn with Amplity's medical, commercial, and tech capabilities.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all Learn programs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with accountability across solution execution.
