You’ll scale curriculums, governance, and onboarding to build a future-ready leadership pipeline across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership development, talent management, or organizational learning.
• Proven ability to design and scale enterprise leadership programs.
• Experience in curricula design, academies, and cohort programs.
• Track record building internships, rotations, mentorship, and onboarding.
• Strong governance capabilities for scalable programs across regions.
• Ability to translate talent priorities into business language for executives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise Leadership Readiness Strategy across the organization.
• Lead flagship leadership programs and curriculum development with governance.
• Develop internship and rotational programs to accelerate talent visibility.
• Oversee the learning ecosystem, platforms, and delivery models.
• Define leadership metrics and demonstrate program impact and ROI.
• Partner with executives to align talent priorities with enterprise strategy.
• Support mergers and acquisitions integration into development ecosystems.
