Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Senior Vice President, Accounting to lead the accounting function across a multi-site organization. This executive will shape strategy, governance, and the global close process, while ensuring U.S.

GAAP compliance and strong internal controls. Reporting to the CFO, the SVP will drive financial reporting, audit coordination, and tax, and will build a scalable finance organization ready for growth, potential IPO readiness, and complex consolidation across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Active CPA designation.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Experience leading accounting within a large, multi-site, and/or global organization.
• Deep expertise in financial reporting and U.S. GAAP.
• Extensive experience managing external audits and complex accounting matters.
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise accounting organization, establishing strategy and governance.
• Own the global close and consolidation process for disciplined reporting.
• Oversee preparation of consolidated financial statements and disclosures to SEC-company standards.
• Serve as senior technical accounting authority on acquisitions and complex transactions.
• Establish and govern enterprise accounting policies and COA.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
• Lead relationships with external auditors and audits.
• Provide financial reporting leadership to CFO and senior leadership.
• Oversee Corporate Accounting, Tax, Shared Services, Cash Management, and Consolidation.
