Prologis seeks a Director of Talent Development to lead the Investment Analyst Program and align talent initiatives with investment, development, and corporate priorities. You will bridge leadership with investment professionals, ensuring high‑performing teams with ongoing development.

The role requires crafting learning experiences, coaching analysts, and expanding rotations across functions, to build leadership and strategic capability for future growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent development, investment management, real estate, financial services, learning & development, program management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with financial concepts and business drivers.
• Experience leading talent, learning, rotational or early‑career programs.
• Ability to design staffing, capability‑building, or learning strategies across global stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; balance execution with people development.
• Track record of managing complexity, prioritization, and sound judgment.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
