Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a seasoned Leader­ship Development professional to design, deliver, and manage scalable leadership experiences for managers and senior leaders. You will own the roadmap, collaborate with vendors, HRBPs, and business partners, and ensure programs scale across the organization.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Talent Management & Leadership Development, you will blend instructional design, facilitation, and enablement to build capability, lead teams, and apply talent practices

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver leadership development programs for executives and managers.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and content development skills with blended learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable leadership development experiences for people managers, senior managers, and Directors (virtual, in-person, blended).
• Own leadership development roadmap, calendars, materials, and post-program actions.
• Partner with vendors, HRBPs, COEs, and business stakeholders to ensure programs align with business needs.
• Track feedback, measure program impact, and drive continuous improvement actions.
