Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking an experienced product leader to guide Leader Enablement & Coaching offerings. You’ll shape strategy, define roadmaps, and drive execution to unlock leadership potential and connect coaching with performance management.

You will lead a global, cross‑functional PM team, partnering with Engineering, Sales, and Services to deliver transformative experiences and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Talent Optimization or HCM domain.
• Experience building AI and SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record leading large PM teams and driving revenue.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leader Enablement & Coaching product line strategy and roadmap.
• Influence execution across global teams and partners.
• Drive agile delivery with engineering, UX, and go-to-market.
• Capitalize on customer insights to shape product outcomes.
• Act as product evangelist across Sales, Marketing and Services.
• Inspire and grow senior product leaders and managers.
