Workday is seeking an experienced product leader to guide global Leader Enablement & Coaching products, shaping the next generation of leadership development and performance management tools.

You will drive strategy, roadmap, and execution, working with a talented PM team to empower managers and cultivate exceptional leaders across customer organizations. The role is based in the US with flexibility for locations.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of corporate Talent Optimization or HCM.
• Experience building AI and SaaS solutions.
• Excellent understanding of Talent Development and Leadership principles and experience in building high-performing product teams.
• Demonstrated commercial responsibility including managing product P&L and driving revenue growth.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product lifecycle for Leader Enablement products and drive the roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver persona-focused solutions.
• Be a customer advocate by engaging users to determine requirements and strategic objectives.
• Act as a product evangelist across Sales, Marketing, Services and Product teams.
• Influence strategy, balance feasibility and functionality, and guide delivery to high impact areas.
