Job summary

Workday is seeking a product leader for Leader Enablement & Coaching to shape strategy, define the roadmap, and drive execution. You will build transformative experiences that unlock leader potential and connect coaching with performance management.

You will influence product vision, partner with Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and advocate for customers while scaling a high-performing product team. This role is based in Pleasanton, CA with flexibility for other US locations.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of corporate Talent Optimization or HCM.
• Experience building AI and SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of Talent Development and Leadership principles.
• Commercial responsibility including managing product P&L and revenue growth.
• Ability to develop and execute product roadmaps and market approaches.
• Strong decision making and communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leader Enablement products strategy and roadmap.
• Own lifecycle, collaborating with engineering for delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver persona-focused solutions.
• Engage customers to determine requirements and strategic objectives.
• Promote products across Sales, Marketing, Services and other teams.
