Workday is seeking a Product Leader to guide global teams within Leader Enablement & Coaching. You will influence strategy, define roadmaps, and drive execution to unlock leader potential and connect coaching with performance management.

You will be part of a dynamic Talent Management & Insights team, building next‑gen leadership tools and embracing a modern tech stack for scalable, customer‑obsessed solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of corporate Talent Optimization or HCM.
• Experience building AI and SaaS solutions.
• Excellent understanding of Talent Development and Leadership principles and experience building high-performing product teams.
• Demonstrated commercial responsibility, including managing product P&L and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Empower others: foster growth of a diverse, high-performing team and promote an innovative culture.
• Own the Product Lifecycle: define vision, roadmap, and delivery for Leader Enablement products with cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver persona-focused solutions that transform performance and talent lifecycle.

• Be a product evangelist: communicate across teams and partners to ensure a cohesive product message.
