Qualifications

Deep knowledge of Talent Optimization or HCM.
Experience building AI and SaaS solutions.
Strong leadership of product teams and commercial accountability.
Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps and market approaches.
Ability to manage ambiguity and communicate with leadership.
