Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Launch Systems to lead Mojave site operations and propulsion/test campaigns. This hands-on role owns safety, schedule, cost, and quality across engineering, test, propulsion/manufacturing, and support functions.

Based in Mojave, CA, you will build disciplined processes and a strong site culture while coordinating with program leadership. Requires a 12+ year track record in aerospace/defense, a technical degree, and eligibility for US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field is required.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Aerospace, Space, Defense, or advanced manufacturing/test operations.
• Experience managing a manufacturing, propulsion test, or flight test facility with safety, schedule, cost, and quality accountability.
• Experience with rocket propulsion testing, flight test operations, or range safety preferred.
• Hands-on, visible leadership style, able to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• On-site in Mojave, CA with limited travel.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site operations at Mojave, including propulsion test operations, flight test operations, and facilities.
• Lead planning and execution of test campaigns and GN&C testing.
• Manage site operating budget, cost control, capacity planning, ERP utilization, and dashboards.
• Partner with VPGM and functional leaders to align site execution with program objectives.
• Support scalable schedules and processes for higher-rate operations.
• Represent Voyager to customers, government stakeholders, and the Mojave Air and Space Port.
• Build and develop a high-performing, safety-first site team across functions.
• Drive continuous improvement in site processes and reporting.
