Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a General Manager – Mojave to lead the Mojave site’s day-to-day performance, including propulsion and flight test operations, manufacturing support, facilities, and safety. This hands-on leader drives safety, cost, schedule, and quality while aligning with program objectives and customer expectations.

The role requires 12+ years of leadership in aerospace or related fields, with strong capabilities in ERP systems, labor tracking, and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in Aerospace, Space, Defense, or advanced manufacturing/test operations.
• Experience managing propulsion test, flight test facilities, with safety, cost, schedule and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Mojave site operations: propulsion test, flight test, manufacturing support, facilities and safety.
• Plan and lead propulsion and flight test campaigns with program management and engineering leadership.
• Manage operating budget, drive cost control, capacity planning, and KPI dashboards.
• Develop multidisciplinary teams and scalable operating processes at the site.
