Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Engineer to drive the detailed design, development, integration, and testing for propulsion systems and vertical takeoff and landing (VTVL) vehicles. The role will work hybrid onsite in Mojave, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical hardware and software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on hardware experience, a track record leading full lifecycle programs, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related technical field with 5+ years of launch vehicle mission experience.
• Hands-on hardware experience plus experience leading full design, development, manufacturing, testing and operations life cycles.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to interface with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed technical design, development, integration and testing for propulsion systems and VTVL vehicles.
• Define and manage mission and system requirements, design configurations, and technical budgets.
• Prepare technical documentation and deliver presentations; support proposals and customer communications.
