Job summary

ShipMonk isn't just a 3PL; we're the tech-powered growth partner for ecommerce brands, running 12+ owned fulfillment centers across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe so our merchants can stress less and grow more. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our Launch Operations team at ShipMonk.

This role will drive planning and execution of high-impact projects while elevating operational excellence across our fulfillment centers.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in e-commerce fulfillment operations and process optimization.
At least 3 years in leadership roles managing operations programs and projects.
Lean/Six Sigma experience or certification preferred.
Ability to travel 25-35%.

Responsibilities

Design and operationalize the Ops CI function across ShipMonk's network of fulfillment centers.
Lead a team of Ops CI managers embedded across the network.
Set and track KPIs for CI project outcomes and report to senior leadership.
Drive change management and CI training for operations leaders and frontline teams.
Oversee merchant launches with cross-functional coordination and ensure successful execution.
Develop workflows and dashboards using tools like Asana, Slack, Salesforce, and Google apps.
Apply Lean/Six Sigma to diagnose root causes and implement durable improvements.
