The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years in operational roles, with strong proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies along with e-commerce fulfillment experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated track record of building CI functions with measurable impact.
• Deep proficiency in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the site’s CI roadmap.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to implement changes.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
