Job summary

G-P, a remote-first SaaS Global Employment Platform, is seeking a Director / Sr. Director, Head of Integrations to lead the vision and commercial impact of partner and integration capabilities across packaged, white-label, AI-native, and custom solutions.

You will own the integrations strategy, drive the roadmap, and partner with HRIS/payroll and GTM teams to accelerate adoption and revenue while aligning joint roadmaps with key platform partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or partner product leadership in high-growth SaaS.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and complex B2B integrations.
• Experience with reseller, white-label, embedded, platform, or strategic partner product models.
• Must-have hands-on experience building packaged, white-label, and custom integration solutions for enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams and external technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for packaged, white-label, and custom integrations across partner ecosystems.
• Own the roadmap from discovery through delivery, launch and adoption for integrations.
• Partner with Partnerships, Revenue, and Marketing to drive partner activation and growth.
• Ensure partners can sell, support, and scale GP-powered offerings by removing friction.
• Lead relationships with key HRIS, payroll, platform, reseller and embedded partners to align roadmaps.
• Translate partner needs into reusable platform capabilities and APIs.
• Define scalable product and operating models for reseller, white-label, embedded, and integration-led distribution.
