Deltek, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Director to design, build, and scale the integrated campaigns engine that drives pipeline growth across core industries.

You will own the strategy and execution of multi-channel programs, including digital, content, events, and ABM, driving full-funnel buyer journeys for new and existing customers. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in B2B marketing with a proven ability to lead teams, measure ROI, and partner across Marketing, Sales and Product.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years leading integrated campaigns.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing a marketing team.
• Proven track record designing scalable full-funnel campaigns driving pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across net-new and existing segments.
• Develop full-funnel programs aligned to core industries including Government Contracting, Aerospace & Defense.
• Lead campaign development: digital campaigns, nurture journeys, webinars, ABM activations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing and Centers of Excellence to maximize impact.
• Establish campaign measurement, attribution, and ROI reporting.
