You will lead data-driven strategies to boost visibility, engagement, and ROI, delivering personalized and automated media solutions.

The role is hybrid with in-office days required, based in New York or Boston, and offers a full-time position with a broad pay range reflecting experience and impact.

Responsabilités

• tackle unique and complex problems with solutions that have significant and far-reaching impacts on the business/network/agency
• contribute to the development of functional strategies, leveraging deep understanding and innovative thinking to shape the strategic direction of the organization
• drives measurable business outcomes by amplifying online presence and optimizing performance across digital channels, including Search (paid and organic), Social, Programmatic, Addressable media, and E-commerce platforms
• develops and executes data-driven strategies to improve visibility, engagement, conversion, and return on investment through targeted, personalized, and automated media delivery
• leverages performance data, audience signals, and real-time insights to optimize media activations, including programmatic buying, bidding strategies, targeting, and budget allocation
• navigates dynamic digital ecosystems to refine search and activation strategies, ensure efficient use of media spend, and continuously improve outcomes across the full performance funnel
