Job summary

University of North Texas seeks a Senior Director for the UNT One Stop to provide senior operational leadership for integrated enrollment and financial services. You will oversee admissions, financial aid, student accounts, registration, and related services across in-person, phone, and digital channels.

Reporting to the AVP, you will direct directors and managers, set priorities, and ensure consistent delivery, workforce planning, and service quality to support enrollment and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and seven years of related professional experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience leading multi-location service operations in higher ed or complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of enrollment services, financial aid, and student accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational leadership for UNT One Stop across multiple locations and channels.
• Align operations for a consistent, student-centered enrollment journey.
• Lead directors and managers; drive workforce planning and performance.
• Establish SLAs, use data to guide improvements and escalation paths.
• Partner with campus offices to strengthen integrated services and outcomes.
• Oversee strategy, training, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
• Design multi-modal outreach and student intervention programs.
