Job summary

The University of North Texas is seeking a Student Experience Representative to deliver direct assistance to students and families across admissions, enrollment, financial aid, student accounts, and financial literacy, guiding them through processes and resolving complex issues.

This full-time role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and proficiency with CRM and student information systems; you will work with UNT One Stop and campus partners to improve the student

Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience working with students or customers in a service-oriented environment.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Provide direct assistance to students, families, and customers in support of a progressive and simplified student experience. Help guide through admissions, enrollment, financial aid, student accounts, and financial literacy, solving complex situations with cross-team collaboration.
Promote a positive work environment and collaborate with campus partners to improve the student experience.
Utilize CRM and other systems to document requests, manage whole student cases, and coordinate follow-up/escalation as needed.
Comply with university policies and participate in ongoing training related to regulations and processes.
