Publicis Digital Experience is seeking a dynamic Sr. Director, Account Management to lead integrated omnicommerce and shopper marketing campaigns for a high-profile CPG account.

You will blend traditional brand marketing, shopper marketing, and retail media with exceptional client management to shape account strategy and drive execution across the client organization, partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing large, complex accounts in agency/consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading shopper and retail marketing campaigns for CPG brands.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to translate client challenges into strategic marketing and commerce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand key client partnerships with senior leadership.
• Drive projects from brief to execution with internal teams and client.
• Develop and implement omnichannel marketing plans (brand, shopper, retail media).
• Manage client expectations, budgets, and timelines to ensure quality results.
• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within existing clients.
