Job summary

Publicis Media is seeking a Supervisor, Commerce Strategy to lead e-commerce strategy and activation within a cross-functional team. You will build strong client relationships and translate insights into actionable recommendations to meet business objectives.

You will assist senior leaders with strategic development, collaborate with the Commerce Investment team on media plans, and drive performance through data-driven optimization and storytelling for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent.
• 3+ years of media management experience with emphasis on e-commerce platforms.
• Strong cross-media planning background; digital planning including retail or Amazon is highly desired.
• Deep knowledge of key retailers, ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in Consumer Package Goods industry (CPG) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the strategy and planning process as well as activation of e-retail programs.
• Monitors performance to leverage learnings for future strategic recommendations.
• Creates digital account strategies and plans for each client.
• Provides excellent communication via phone, emails and direct contact.
• Commands data analysis of key metrics to identify and implement changes for performance.
