Qualifications

Experience leading and executing traded products in Capital Markets (12+ years).
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagement and idea generation across Fixed Income accounts.
Lead relationship coverage and contribute to team revenue generation.
Direct client-facing materials, including market updates and trade ideas.
Monitor market trends and investor demand to inform strategy.
Serve as a senior product expert across fixed income sectors and coordinate with partners.
Mentor junior colleagues and uphold a culture of excellence.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions and optimize profitability.
Contribute to sales strategy, compliance standards, and desk procedures.
Prepare management reporting on pipeline activity and market developments.
Performs other duties as assigned.
