Job summary

Bullish US LLC & CoinDesk Inc. seeks a Director of Exchange Sales to accelerate revenue growth and expand our institutional footprint in digital assets.

You will originate, develop, and execute opportunities with Crypto & Digital Asset firms and large financial institutions, leveraging C‑Suite relationships and multi‑product strategies. You will lead a global team, design strategic sales plans, ensure regulatory alignment, and travel to engage clients at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven sales leadership in crypto/FinTech.
• Extensive C-suite relationship network in financial services.
• Track record of exceeding revenue goals and multi-product deals.
• Deep understanding of regulated digital asset markets.
• Strong ownership and autonomous workflow.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close new institutional business across crypto and traditional finance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand client base.
• Maintain pipeline data and provide market insights.
• Collaborate with legal/compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Travel domestically and internationally for client engagement.
