This high‑visibility role focuses on accelerating revenue growth, expanding client coverage across hedge funds, asset managers, and banks, and leveraging deep C‑Suite relationships. You will craft multi‑product strategies, ensure regulatory adherence, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Marketing to deliver a world‑class client experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience in crypto, digital assets, or FinTech environments.
• Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency and digital asset industry landscape.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing high-value institutional relationships.
• Current well-established industry relationships across relevant geographic regions.
• Mastery of full sales cycle with strong CRM and reporting practices.
• Results-oriented leader with strong ownership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand Bullish Exchange's institutional client base and revenue.
• Originate and close new institutional business, leveraging CEO/CSuite relationships for multi-product adoption.
• Maintain data integrity for sales activity and generate market insights for pipeline improvement.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required for client engagement and conferences.
