Job summary

AST SpaceMobile seeks a Director, Intelligence Community (IC) Strategy & Engagement to lead the company’s IC growth, engagement, and mission integration. This senior role builds relationships with senior government stakeholders, shapes opportunities, and guides solutions from outreach to deployment.

The candidate will collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and security teams to translate requirements into customer-focused capabilities for regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to maintain existing clearances as required.
• 10+ years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community or related national security roles.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience engaging executive-level government customers and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IC growth strategy by identifying priority agencies, mission areas, and adoption paths.
• Build trusted relationships with senior IC leaders and government stakeholders.
• Represent AST SpaceMobile at customer engagements, industry events, and working groups.
• Translate mission requirements into tailored IC solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Identify strategic partnerships to expand mission support capabilities and drive growth.
• Lead customer engagements through outreach, shaping opportunities, proposals, and deployment.
