Babel Street, a leader in identity intelligence, seeks a Mission Director for the Intelligence Community to drive complex, enterprise SaaS sales across US government customers. You will own strategy, manage a multi-stakeholder cycle, and collaborate with product and security teams to ensure mission success.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years selling to US IC, proven quota attainment, and comfort navigating cross-functional buying committees. Travel up to 5 days/month; TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Formación

• 5+ years direct sales experience selling technology solutions to US government customers.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions within the U.S. Intelligence Community and broader Federal market.
• History of quota achievement and landing new customer logos.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 5 days per month
• Proficient with MS Office and SFDC or equivalents.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate a complex sales cycle from start to finish leveraging internal resources.
• Present to C-level executives and build business value through ROI demonstrations.
• Develop targeted strategies to win large, enterprise-scale deals.
• Collaborate with product, security, and customer success teams to maximize value.
