Job summary

SpaceX in Washington DC is seeking a mission-oriented Senior Manager to lead Government Program Development and business growth across the Intelligence Community, focusing on AI and classified compute that amplify overhead space systems.

You will build and sustain relationships with IC decision-makers, shape responses to RFIs and RFPs, and drive cross-functional teams through complex, security-cleared government programs to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or account management within the Intelligence Community or federal national security space.
• Experience supporting government program development and capture activities.
• Understanding of government procurement processes and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for government stakeholder engagement and pipeline growth.
• Identify and maintain relationships with IC decision-makers and evaluators across space and AI portfolios.
• Shape SpaceX responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other solicitations with compliant content.
• Coordinate across engineering, mission management, and contracts during program development.
• Refine engagement roadmap based on strategy, feedback, and competitive analysis.
