Job summary

Synertex LLC in Bethesda, MD seeks a CI Campaign Manager to lead strategic customer engagement initiatives for a high-visibility Intelligence Community program. You will act as the primary liaison between Government leadership, mission users, and technical teams to promote capabilities and ensure mission requirements are communicated and executed.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, or other national security organizations.
• Experience coordinating activities across technical, operational, and executive-level organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive briefings, presentations, and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic engagement campaigns that promote program capabilities and increase mission user awareness, adoption, and satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary engagement lead between Government leadership, mission users, and the PMO.
• Create executive briefings, presentations, read-ahead packages, talking points, white papers, and other communication products supporting Government strategic communication objectives.
• Identify key stakeholders and develop tailored engagement strategies that align with mission priorities and customer needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, customer demonstrations, site visits, and mission engagement events.
• Develop and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for new users and stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and report engagement metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend continuous process improvements.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc engagement reports, dashboards, and executive status updates.
