Job summary

You will own a portfolio of AI initiatives from intake through delivery, partnering with IT and external vendors to implement practical solutions, ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in strategy, transformation, analytics, or technology roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global organization.
• Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in business environments.
• Experience managing third-party vendors or technology partners.
• Experience in professional services or corporate support functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on guidance to functional leaders on applying AI tools.
• Design and coordinate AI training and enablement programs for corporate functions.
• Establish and coach AI champions within functions to drive adoption.
• Lead execution of AI initiatives through internal resources and vendors.
• Define and implement a repeatable operating model for AI initiatives.
