Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation in Dallas seeks a Director of ERP Transformation Technology to lead the strategic ERP program across Finance and HR. You will architect target-state platforms, manage multi-year roadmaps, and align technology with business goals.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, govern vendor relationships, and ensure delivery of complex, regulated ERP initiatives with strong focus on data, security, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field.
• 10+ years of technology experience including leading large ERP transformation programs.
• Experience with ERP platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics).
• Strong vendor and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute ERP technology strategy, target-state architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead multi-year ERP transformation across Finance and HR with a new platform and data foundation.
• Attract, develop, and retain high-performing technology talent.
• Manage vendor evaluations, negotiations, and governance.
• Partner with Finance and HR to transform business processes and operating models.
