Job summary

Lilly is establishing an advanced manufacturing site in Goochland County, Virginia. The Senior Director HSE will develop and maintain HSE programs, lead the site HSE team, and ensure readiness for GMP startup and regulatory inspections.

Role includes building robust HSE systems, collaborating with corporate HSE, and guiding the organization through startup and full-scale operations. Strong leadership and PSM experience prized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years leading HSE teams and programs (preferably with PSM).
• Experience building HSE systems for GMP startup.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site HSE team and drive readiness across startup and startup phase.
• Define HSE priorities, roadmaps, and implementation of systems.
• Partner with Global Facilities Delivery to ensure safety in project execution.
• Ensure compliance with Title V and regulatory requirements.
