Job summary

Lilly is building a new GMP manufacturing site in Goochland County, Virginia, and seeks an experienced HSE professional to lead the Health, Safety and Environmental program for the Richmond area. You will develop, implement, and continuously improve the HSE Management System across the startup phase, partnering with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong collaboration, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive a safety culture in a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in highly regulated GMP manufacturing environments.
• Ability to independently interpret Health and Safety regulations and develop programs.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and continuous improvement of the Site HSE Management System.
• Lead site HSE program elements and provide independent technical decisions.
• Advise site leadership on compliance and regulatory matters.
